Blocking certain blog visitor by the Cookie.

  • I have a problem with one person who is sending each day ugly comments to my blog. Unfortunately he/she has dynamic IP address so every day I got comments from different IP so blocking IP does not resolve problem.
    What I realized this person is recognized by my wordpress with specific cookie. I am not expert in php.
    So my question is:
    There is any easy way to block the person marked by cookie to access my blog? Maybe a plugin?
