Blocking customers, not bots

I recently purchased your plugin to replace Recaptcha and I’m having a lot of problems. I’ve gotten numerous emails from my customers saying they got the javascript is disabled error message on the checkout page. The one that states “No average human users will see though.” I thought this was only to block bots? I have the limit set to 5 and they are still being blocked. I never had issues with recaptcha, just wanted less bloat and now I am starting to regret the switch. It’s quite bothersome knowing how many sales I have lost because of this paid plugin. You’re welcome to take a look at the live or staging sites if that helps. I do have all the logs for you to review too.
