Blocking customers, users from logging into the Website

    Many customers, users and sales reps are being blocked from using the website and logging in. I’ve adjusted many recommended settings. How should i proceed.

    Hello @peter-king-design,

    The website login forms are not protected by the Anti-Spam plugin. Could you, please let me know what errors your users see when they get blocked?

    Also, let me know a few examples of the IPs or emails of the blocked customers. If you do not wish to publish this information here, please contact us through our private support system:
