    Hi – if I defined a specific email address to be blocked, then the user changes email to an unblocked address (in the checkout billing field, or, directly on their account), will that user be allowed to place an order?

    This is the type of functionality I need…convince the user to replace a bad address with a good one, and immediately be able to place order without my intervening. Thanks!
