Blocking Homepage, even with deactivation

    I solved this myself. For anyone else who may run into this issue, I was also running WP Super Cache. Even though I deactivated it, it was apparently still serving a cached page. I turned it back on, deleted the cache, deactivated it. Now everything works good.
