    My website is an Australian website, so i have blocked USA wheich seems to work.

    But im having several customers from within australia telling me they are also blocked from the site. They are not using a VPN, is there any reason for this issue?

    Hi,

    Please enable the “Debugging Log” option on the plugin settings page. Then, run some tests.

    Then, check back the “debug_xxxx.log” located in the plugin folder for client IP & action captured for details.

    Also, please ensure you have disabled all cache modules.
