Blocking resource: wpfc-minified

Hello,

While checking the my website speed on WP, it seems that there is some script or plugin that causing it to load very slow.

It shows in the Google PageSpeed Insights that there are opportunities to improve the speed.

what are these scripts (wpfc-minified) that causing some load page issues?
