• Users shouldn’t be forced to answer any kind of questions about why they want to uninstall your plugin in order for it to be uninstalled. This should be an opt in. Blocking the uninstall process really pissed me off.

    Luckily I just connected to my server and deleted it from the plugins directory, but I’ll still have to sift through the database to remove any option this plugin added…

    Not cool at all.

    Hi,

    We are sorry to hear that you have had difficulties while uninstalling the plugin.

    Please, note that leaving the reason is optional and you can just skip that step.
    This has been done so that the users who are reinstalling and want to inform us what is not corresponding to their needs have an option to do so.

    After going through the mentioned reasons we either suggest the solution or may add those required features it they have high requirnment level.
