Blocking Website Members IPs how to unblock

Hi wp cerber plugin support team I installed this plugin on my membership website. This plugin is blocking members IPs and also googlebot Ips. Otherwise this plugin is best for wp default pages.

As I read in another forum question that blocking googlebot does not affect seo and website ranking but If this plugin blocks googlebots then they will not come to crawl, index and fetch our website.

Kindly Please tell me how to disable members IPs Blocking and Googlebots IPs blocking
