    Hi,

    Problem:

    Order is payed but the succeed status from the payment provider is blocked, so woocommerce never gets the notification that its payed and keeps all order on payment pending.

    Since the installation of the plugin the return value of our payment provider is blocked. They say it comes from the hackrepair in the .htacces file. When i delete the plugin including the .htacces rules it does work.

    Error:
    The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

    Can you help me out?

  • Hey Roycb,

    The Default Hack Repair Blacklist in the Banned Users module may be interfering. Can you please disable it and see if that helps?

    I can also confirm this is an issue, but I discovered it by chance and came here to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

    When Hack Repair Blacklist is enabled, and you’re using Paypal Adaptive Payments with WooCommerce, the Paypal IPN is prevented from doing it’s job properly (I imagine this might also be the case for Paypal Standard but I have not tested that scenario).

    As a result all orders are shown as ‘Pending Payment’, and consequently in our case the customers could not get access to the download-able files they just purchased (because as far as Woo was concerned, the payment is still pending and so the user should not be given access to the files they just bought).

    Disabling the Hack Repair Blacklist seems to fix the problem, though I am curious why that would cause the problem in the first place. It’s certainly not something anyone would expect.

    Anyway, I’m posting this here just in case anyone else has this issue.

    Maybe a warning could be put in place when users activate the Hack Repair Blacklist?
