blocking wordpress back office

My site having problems this morning, I realised that the plugin causing the stress was form maker.

Here is what happens: I cannot access pages, articles or portfolios from the back office (blank screen) whereas articles and portfolios (theme plugin) show perfectly on the site. No problem for medias or events created with events manager.

Any idea ?
