Blockquote not working for CleanR theme

    Hello, I’m trying to use blockquotes for my post. The HTML is right, but then when I view the post, it doesn’t show the blockquotes. Does anyone know why?

  • Maybe because you have not added the style in your theme’s style.css?
    e.g.
    blockquote { font-style: italic; color: #333333, margin-left: 25px; border-left; 1px solid #333333; }

    Hey thanks, Mercime. The style wasn’t added. However, when I did add it, I didn’t see a difference. I am new to this. What do you think?

    Did you clear cookies/cache? Did you add the style in your current theme? Site URL?

    Yes I got it to work now! I wasn’t making the call to the image correctly and didn’t save the image in the Media folder.
