Blockquote quotation marks

Hey,

So I’m a newbie and have what I hope is a simple question. When I use blockquotes it’s missing the closing quotation marks. The block is fine and the opening quotation marks are there, but, like I said – there’s no closing quotation marks. I built my template w/ Artisteer, a template generator.
