• I have a mobile responsive Genesis-theme (WP 4.2.4) and I tested Media Credit 2.6.2, but found that images stopped to scale dowm for smaller screens after I had activated this plugin.

I tried some ways to correct this in the CSS but I was not successful.

Otherwise it does what I expect, but today responsiveness in an important feature that shouldn’t be blocked.

I’ve got no idea how responsive images are implemented in Genesis. Have you got a test page where I can compare the intended HTML/CSS with the HTML/CSS resulting from Media Credit usage?

Unfortunately, I’ve still got no way to check what Genesis actually does for its fluid images. Since Media Credit uses almost the same styling code (somewhat dated, I admit) as the default caption shortcode, I assume they replace that?

The quickest solution would be to replace the Media Credit shortcode output with a function of your own making (just add a filter for 'media_credit_shortcode'). In addition, I’ll add a filter hook to the next version of the plugin to mimic the behavior of WordPress captions.

Hi! I’ve just released version 2.7 which should resolve issues with most responsive themes. However, I couldn’t test this version with Genesis because this theme is not freely available.
