Blocksy not Allowing me to Customize Theme

    I seem to have a weird bug, when I install the theme and activate it everything works fine. But when I try to customize the theme it doesn’t show the general options like it should, just a blank box. The core options such as site identity and CSS work.

    I made sure my WordPress was up to date and I deactivated all plugins and this still continued.

    Any solutions?

    Hi Guys, found a ‘solution’.

    My site is set to latest posts instead of a static page so I changed it to a static page and it allowed me to then edit the settings like normal. I then changed it back to latest posts and it kept the changes I made.

    Still not sure why it doesn’t work with latest posts for me though.

    Hey @brdw2020, well that’s a really weird behavior and that for sure is not related to changing the static page.

    Maybe you could submit a support ticket and give us temporary login access so we could investigate this more detailed? Because we can’t reproduce this on our end.

    Just to let you know –I have the same issue (blank menu content in the customizer and weird behavior), and it turned out that Blocksy simply doesn’t like my Safari browser old 12.1.2 version.

    I’ve no plugin conflict, no (-1) php memory limit. The only clue I got is :
    Error while parsing the ‘sandbox’ attribute: ‘allow-orientation-lock’, ‘allow-presentation’ are invalid sandbox flags.

    Hello @stayforlunch,
    Could you please deactivate all your plugins besides Blocksy Companion and see if this issue is still reproducing?
