Blog and Dashboard Gone

I have a web site hosted on ipower with a single wordpress blog page. Here’s the site: Hamilton Williams ClayWorks. I attempted to install the “Share Buttons by AddThis” plug-in so that visitors to my blog could share content on social media pages. When I activated the plug-in and the screen advanced, the new screen was completely blank except for a “0” in the upper left-hand corner. Attempting to get to the wordpress dashboard results in the same screen.

I went to the file manager on ipower to look at the code for the wordpress index page on my site and found only the following code

I’m guessing this is some sort of hack, so I’m left trying to figure out if it is possible to save my blog content and how to prevent a similar hack occurring in the future once I get this issue resolved.
