blog and home page are same!

    Hi again, I have set the home page as a static page and blog as a post page but unfortunately both are looking same! Please assist me. Thank you!

    Did you somehow happen to assign same page (home page) for both front page and blog page ? We tried testing the feature it is working all fine in our site.

    I have solved this but now the problem is: I have created posts for team, slider and other section images and they are visible in blog also !! ?? I only want to show important posts like news, articles and press releases. Please assist…

    Can you please let us know what wrong you were doing so that other user also don’t repeat same mistake.

    And regarding the blog, it will show all the post regardless of category. But i suppose you can find some plugins that filters the category to show in the blog. Please search in WordPress Plugin directory.

    In the general settings of theme options I just unchecked ‘Enable Single Page Parallax Home Page – if disabled, will show Blog-roll/Static-page’ !! It was a guess and worked ??

    I have searched alot for the blog plugins but didnt find any interesting!

    If you wish to have both the single page front page and a blog page which is not a duplicate of the front page, edit /wp-content/themes/accesspress-parallax/index.php and change the if statement on line 15 to include is_front_page() function, like this:

    <?php if(is_front_page()&&(of_get_option('enable_parallax') == 1 || of_get_option('enable_parallax') == NUll)):
