Blog and Static Site. Blog is not working corectly

Hi All, Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong.

My WordPress site is set up for a static website and a blog.

The Static website and the blog are correctly setup in the “Redaing Section” My prefefered Permailnk Structure is set up /%postname%/. However when I make a post doesnt post on the /blog/ root. It post in the main root.

For Example I write a post “Not a Page”

The url of the post is not in the blog root url It resides in the main root URL

It should be

https://fondoffondue.com/blog/caramel-chocolate-fondue-recipe

Its not. Instead its

https://fondoffondue.com/caramel-chocolate-fondue-recipe

Any ideas? The only plugin I have that could be affecting this is WordPress SEO by Yoast.
