Blog Broken After Upgrade

Hi, I have just tried upgrading to the latest version of wordpress, using the automatic upgrade. It went through each stage fine, however at the last stage when I selected ‘next’ the page just went blank. I now cannot see my site, or log on to the site.

The domain is https://www.paniconline.co.uk, and I cannot access https://www.paniconline.co.uk/wp-admin either. I have tried restoring a database backup but this hasn’t changed anything.

Does anyone have any ideas please?
