Blog Builder RTL Issue & other widgets

Thank you for replying!
Why do I need to do all of this? To generate a ticket on ur site and add the site URL!
This is according to the free plugin not the PRO! and The free widget? “Free Blog Builder”
Can’t be done here??

If it’s CSS code needed to add, I think I’m able to do it? what code need to be added or adjusted?
Not to mention that the plugin in the description says: Supports RTL!
but it’s really filled with a lot of RTL issues!

Thanks for writing back, but we need at least the URL of the page where we can check exactly which blog layout you are using and the CSS needed to add for RTL.

The reason that I asked to create a ticket on our Helpdesk is that it is safe and you can share your details there as this is public support forum your site will be visible to add other users.

All the blog’s layout has a problem with the RTL!
I told you, You can check it by yourself!
just install an RTL WordPress, Hebrew or Arabic,
Add any blog layout! you’ll see!…

If I and everyone “clients” using this way you asking me to do! it will be endless requests!!!

@ankitposimyth I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.

It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

• Ask for a link to the https://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
• Ask the user to create and post a link to their phpinfo(); output.
• Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
• Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
• Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
• Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.

You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

I tried to explain this not the right way to solve an issue!
Asking me to provide login details into a website very sensitive with info! This because a major problem by the plugin,

In order to fix this problem that affected anyone using an RTL website as they claim that “The Plus Addons for Elementor Support RTL” which has a lot of conflicts with RTL…

Hopefully they will be able to assist and fix this issue ASAP!`

@m7mad Sorry for delay in response. As, We understood your issue is the alignment of posts in RTL. When there is 4 column setup and if posts are only 6, gap of 2 columns should be on a different side.

Above change, we will include in our plugin in upcoming release as well.

In the meantime, Your other points on RTL. Yes. We have worked on that at certain points but some things couldn’t done due to 3rd party JS/Codebase. In the meantime, Some static stuff, We haven’t made any RTL changes. Because If you want to make text alignment opposite, You can do that from options of elementor settings itself as we have given alignment options in most of all our widgets. So, That way, You can build RTL sites from scratch easily. We are always happy to help and keep updating for deep RTL compatibility.

Didn’t work with my language! Arabic! “RTL”
Worked only with the language that you used in the video “Azerbaijan” Which support RTL, But it’s not Arabic!

It might be issue of cache of version name due to it’s beta version of plugin just for a trial basis. You need to change that version so all caches related to that version will be removed.

First, You hovered in the settings on the language list I’ve started this issue because! but once again you didn’t test it with it! this according to the two videos you’ve sent!
I’m referring here to “Arabic ???????”… Tag for this value language “Ar”

And you chosen another one which called:
Arabic Morocco… Tag for this value language “Ary”.
And before that, in the previous Video, you chosen “Azerbaijan“…Value for it “azb-Az”….

I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing, I’ve the latest update for the plugin, I cleared the cache!

Your methods is working yes, I didn’t say it’s not working! But except in the main language I’ve started this Thread for! Arabic, Ar….

@m7mad Check https://posimyth.vmaker.com/record/23MzUXUG1xQ4cJ7h That one also working. You just need to make sure, You follow our previous video and change version number as it seems to be issue due to that caching based on version number.

As alternative, If you are not in hurry for this, Wait for our next update, which is scheduled around end of next week. Which have this feature included and once you update new version of plugin, all caching will be auto adjusted.
