Blog by Email Feature Broke!

I have setup a cron job using both -N and -q calling “wget -q https://creceveur.smartboxllc.com/blog/installdir/wp-mail.php” without the quotes obviously ;). I have also setup the email account and config’d the Writing Options in WordPress. When the page https://creceveur.smartboxllc.com/blog/installdir/wp-mail.php is opened in a browser, I get a 404 Not Found error, and nothing is added to the blog. I also noticed that the email remains unopened on my server (if this matters/helps). Any help is appreciated. Thanks
