Blog – Comment area is not working

I do not know what version of wordpress I am using. I just recently arrived. When I click the Leave a comment to a blog post, the comment box is a tiny strip and will not allow a comment to be typed. When I create pages, the comment area works fine for pages.

Nevermind – I just found that I have to click to leave a reply and then I have to know that I am to scroll up so the top whatever is there that cuts off the page, is not in the way of the comment area. And so, when people do not know to do this, they are left to think in the way I first thought – cannot leave a comment. But they can, if they figure out that they have to scroll up – first.
