Blog Designer – Save Changes

    Hello,

    I was using Blog Designer without trouble for a while. Somewhere along the line, the Save Changes functionality stopped working. There are 6 tabs of settings. If I make changes on any one of them and select the ‘Save Changes’ button, the most recent changed settings will be applied but all other settings will go back to default. The only setting that sticks is the template selection.

    I have deactivated/reactivated and uninstalled/reinstalled the plugin and the issue does not clear up. I have also swapped out themes and there is no change in behavior.

    Any thoughts on what happened here?

    We made some updates with the UI and that’s why, it might be possibility as you may getting old UI of blog designer plugin.

    Please try hard refresh(CTRL + F5) with your backend panel and check your issue once again.

    If you are still facing an issue then please create support ticket at our support portal with the your website login details. So, our support staff can recheck that issue.

    We have updated our plugin copy to version 1.8.1 and resolve all such issues.

    Kindly, please update your plugin copy to latest one from your backend panel.
