Blog gone (blank) but Admin Panel Fine!!! Help!!!

    Hi,

    I have my WP 2.3 at https://journal.naveeng.com . As usual I opened it a while ago and logged into admin panel from the blog index page. But after some time, when I tried to view the blog (I didn’t do ANY change while in Admin Panel – just checked FireStats), i got a blank screen – with source also blank! Further, the links to all the posts are also blank but the Admin Panel is working like a charm!! I’m stumped because I’ve tried to check in 3 different browsers, 3 different IPs, cleared cache and what not – BUT IT REMAINS THE SAME ?? I also disabled te plugin which i last installed, i.e yesterday (WP Sticky Posts).

    The only thing which remains as per my wits is re uploading the wp-content folder, which I’ll be doing now.

    But I’m amazed to see such a problem. Exactly Similar issues are reported at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/116221 and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/131908 but none has a reason or solution.

    The first thing I did after posting the above, was to check on the blog again, and was further amazed to find it back!!! I refuse to believe that it was an ISP/Webhost Provider issue.

    It’s working now, yet I’d love to have some light shed on what could have happened.

    My guess would be that you had some PHP or MySQL related errors, but your server has PHP error reporting turned off.

    Well, if there were any issues with PHP or MySQL, the how come Admin Panel was working perfectly fine? And that too each and every menu, sub-menu in Administration. On the other hand, not a single page/post from the front-end was visible during that period!
