Blog HTML infected

i recently queried my own blog title (site:8bitkid.com), and found that it was riddled with “Buy Prozac without prescription” in the meta and html. it seems gone now, but is still present in the Google cache. has anyone seen this happen before? i thought that perhaps it was a rogue plugin, but i’m not entirely sure why this happened…
