blog images not showing when I use Networked Blog to Facebook

Hi folks all,
I have a new website with a blog here https://www.nmah.com.au/health-articles and I use NetworkedBlogs to feed it through to it’s Facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/NaturalMedicineAndHealthImages inside each blog post show on my site page but not on my feed page here https://www.nmah.com.au/health-articles/feed/rss and don’t transfer over and show anywhere on FB. Networked blogs says that I need to enable images in my Worpress platform but I don’t know how to do that. Can anyone help please? I have enable full posts rather than just Summary and I’m stumped and would really like somne help.
