Blog interface multilingual

I want the INTERFACE of my blog, only interface, translated into three languages: english, french and spanish.

I want to publish my entries only in ONE language. I want to offer to the visitor the option to select the interface language only. Always will be shown the written entries by the admin in one language.

Is it possible? What can I do?
