Any help in what to do here..
    My error message below:
    Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at mysql7. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    * Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
    * Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

If all the informations are correct in your wp-config.php file, then maybe your host is doing server upgrades or maintenance for such servers?

The rep didn’t mention anything of that sort.
They ask me to wait 1 to 2 business days, to check it out.
It may not be an error on there part he stated, i am not sure,if it is wordpress, i need help fixing it.

Well, whatever you do, don’t paste your actual wp-config.php file here. =P You’ll have to check your actual DB Username, DB password, and DB host by going into your phpMyAdmin… Then make sure those settings are the same in your wp-config.php file.

What do you have? CPanel? Plesk? or..?

If they are correct, then maybe it’s the host doing server upgrades and such like I said. Hence for your Support Rep saying to wait one or two business days as well? I’m not sure though..
