Blog item on the homepage is not responsive for Mobilie

    I made a site using the Vertex theme. The mobile version is not responsive.

    The blog section is not responsive on the home page, but at the blog page it is responsive.

    How do I get the blog section on the home page just as responsive es on the blog page itself?
