blog keeps redirecting to page that isn't there

I accidentally changed the home path settings: It used to be https://www.eugeneyiga.com and now it’s https://www.eugeneyiga.com/starthere

But this ‘starthere’ page wasn’t properly named yet. Now every time I try to log in to the Dashboard, it tries to go to that page and I get a 404 error. How can I get back into the Dashboard to fix that?

In other words, I want to go here: https://www.eugeneyiga.com/wp-admin/

But it redirects to here: https://www.eugeneyiga.com/starthere/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.eugeneyiga.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

And I get a 404 error: file not found

PLEASE HELP!
