This is happening only when I’m logged in to the admin panel.
It happens both on the admin panel and the client interface but only when I’m logged in.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you try to deactivate the Notifications module under Jetpack > Settings, and let me know if it changes anything?

    Yep! That helped.
What will I miss if it will tray turned off?

The Notifications module adds a Notifications bubble in your admin bar, like on this screenshot:
    https://i.wpne.ws/dRl0

It allows you to receive notifications of comments, likes, stats spikes, for each one of your WordPress.com blogs or Jetpack-connected sites.

I was able to reproduce the problem in Firefox, but not in Chrome. Could you try in Chrome as well, and let me know if you experience the same issue there?

    Thanks!

As mentioned in the beginning, it happens to me only in FF as well.

Thanks! I opened an issue on GitHub here, and we’ll get this fixed in the next release.
