Blog login & User Role

Hi, The Corp Template allows blogging and I would like to give bloggers the ability to post their own blogs, but not sure of how to go about it. To be more specific, How would like to ask for your asistace on:

1. How do I provide them with a login screen that takes them to their own blogs where they can Add/edit or delete;

2. What type of Role that I need to assign to bloggers
