blog merged into another blog

I have two blogs, https://www.triathletedad.com and https://www.susiej.com
I just tried to upgrade triathletedad, via filezilla. However, the upgrade ended up changing https://www.susiej.com. For example, now, when you type in https://www.triathletedad.com, you know have https://www.susiej.com.
Any suggestions?
