Hi there! yes! I love the way the canape demo news looks. Mine jsut shows the post! ?? it doesn’t look very nice the way i have it set. do you know how i can make it look like the canape demo?

What are you trying to replicate exactly? The “News” link on the demo site and the News link on your site look pretty similar to me. You just don’t have as many posts published to fill out the space.

So my blog has the posts just all there in their entirety. I really look how streamlined and compacted the demo one is. every post is clearly differentiated and divided, there are dividing lines between posts, and sometimes there are “continue reading” prompts and it just makes it look very clean.

do you know how i can especially make the posts separated so they are cleaner?

Hi, some of the posts on the demo site are just quite short. But you can use <!--more--> or <!--nextpage--> to break up the content a bit. The demo also uses a gallery on one post that adds some nice variety to the page.

And, if it helps too, the ones with wider images have featured images set as well.

this worked out great Supernova! But one last question. there are really nice delicate dividing lines between posts. do you know how i can get those?

I see a dividing line on your /news URL that you linked below the first post. You just don’t have any other posts to display to show more of them like the demo site has.

Try publishing a few more posts and see how things look. Then if you still need help, let us know.
