to change the title of any page

1. log into dashboard
2. go to Pages > all pages
3. then click on the page you want to change the tile of
4. change the title to what you want the new title to be
5. click “update”
6. then your page title will be updated!

I have a page static page set up where all my post appear. It shows “The Blog” but I cannot alter anything on this page.

When you go to edit the page called delcousa-news what is in the page title field?

I went in to my settings and changed this page to show to be my post page, the title i have is DelcoUSA News. but when i try to edit the page at all i am not able to.

without being able to look at the theme files I cant tell. It would be best to contact the theme developers with this question
