blog page displaying home page

Hi,

I use wordpress blog on my site.
While clicking on my blog page, home page of my site is displayed. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

This happened after I tried to change the permalink structure of my blog post, which was set as “default” previously. Though it notified that the structure has been updated, error persists.

I also tried resolving by making the structure default again, but it is till not working.
