Blog page error

Hello,
I am hoping you can provide me with some support on my blog post. When you click on read more on any of my blog posts from my home page, you are directed to the blog post. When you then scroll down to the end of the blog post, this is where my error is. I have visible my subscribe to my newsletter and blog tags.
Can you provide information on how to remove this information on the blog post.
