Blog page error but link working

Hi guys!!!

Hope everything is OK, here is my problem maybe you could help me.

I rename my blog page as ‘blog’ on the page title and on the slug, no other post or page has got ‘blog’ on any of them and on the reading setting post page is pointing to ‘blog’ and here is the funny thing if you go to https://theitboy.co.uk/blog will take you to my blog page with no problems at all, but if you do it from the menu button which as I can see on the browser is pointing to exactly the same url (https://theitboy.co.uk/blog)will do it to a 404 error page.

I am totally lost, this is weird…

Anyone would give me a hand to resolve this issue?
