Blog Page Issues

  • Hello,

    I am seeking assistance. I am using WordPress 4.6.1 with the Atelier Child Theme. Everything has been going good. However, I just made my first blog post on my new site (www.immune-life.com) and everything appeared to look good; except now when I click on the Blog Link in my navigation menu I get an error page:

    Index of /blog

    Parent Directory
    Apache Server at immune-life.com Port 80

    I am not sure why this is happening.

    I used to have a different site on the same domain but changed the domain name. I had a separate domain login for my old blog. But this time I decided to just go with the static homepage and blog page for posts. I figured with a new theme it would not be an issue. It was working this morning but now it is not. Any assistance that you could provide would be most helpful. Thank you.

    P.S. I have tried clearing the permalinks cache as well.

  • Hello! Did you create the menu manually, with custom components?

    Hi, I created the menu under Appearance > Menus. Nothing out of the ordinary that I can recall.

    I just recreated the menu link and now it works. But I guarantee you that in an hour or two is will resort back to the error page.

    That’s the issue, I can’t understand why it’s happening.

    Can you post the resolution here?? I can’t find much information about this issue, and I am experiencing it too.
