Blog page not accepting blog template

    I have a setup with many static pages, most of which use the page template “Main.” My posts page is suppose to be using the template “Blog,” however it appears that even though I have the appropriate template selected from the back end, my blog is using the template for my static pages.

    I’ve probably missed something pretty simple, still any help would be appreciated.

    Can your describe a bit the structure of your blog template ?
    What’s your setting in the “reading” section ?

    That right up there is my blog template. It’s completely different from my main template.

    In the “reading” section.

    Front page: Home
    Posts page: Newsletter

    Okay, I still don’t know what the issue was, but I saved and re-named my template for static pages. Updated all pages to use the duplicate template and modified the original to make changes on my posts page. It worked, though.
