Blog Page Not Displaying Correctly

I have 3 test posts set up in WordPress:

• https://www.ntd-eurofins.com/test-post-1/
• https://www.ntd-eurofins.com/test-post-2/
• https://www.ntd-eurofins.com/test-post-3/

Under Settings > Reading, I have “Your homepage displays a static page” selected and my Posts Page is set to this page: https://www.ntd-eurofins.com/healthcare-providers/resources/blog/

Under Settings > Reading, I have “For each article in a feed, show: Summary” selected.

However, the Blog display page is showing up as one long block of text. How can I get it to show up with a layout more like this example: https://noterehabber.com/resources/
