• I made all of my pages password protected so a client can view them without having to login with a user name. Everything works other than the blog page I have. When I put in the password nothing shows up on the page other than the Top menu, Banner, and Footer. But every other page shows everything that is normally there.

I had done this yesterday and it worked fine with the blog page and I am not sure why it is not working now. I can view the page when being logged in and I can see it perfectly.

I am also logging out and clearing my cashe every time before going to view the page and use the PSWD to view the site / blog page.

This may be because of the way the blog archive page is put together with the loop, but I’m not sure. I wonder if you would have the same problem on a category archive page, for example.

It may also be because the password feature puts a cookie on your machine for your browser so that you don’t have to login to that password-protected page again. You clear your cache, but did you also clear your cookies?

Another way to test this might be to use another browser.

Good idea I will test it on an archive page tomorrow. And see if it works.

Yes my cookies are cleared automatically everytime I quit my browser (Firefox). I tried it in chrome and safari. Same problem on all three browsers. I even tried it on a different computer. Same issue. Not sure if it could be a bug in the theme? Or the blog module?

    Thanks for your reply!
