Blog page on Menu

Hello, how can I make my blog page appear on the menu bar, at the moment I have :
home- my Etsy shop- Tips and ideas. I would like to have “blog” listed as well.
My posts appear immediatly when visiting my website, but they dissapear as soon as I change page and you can only go back to them by scrolling on the side bar.
