Blog Page Setup

This may sound like a dumb question but I am new to wordpress. my website is https://brfinancial.co. I want to add a blog but want to change the layout on that single page. I want to have 2 sidebars on that page. an example of what i want to do is https://blog.fivepointcapital.com/. is there an easy way to do this?

Any info to get started would be great.
