blog page thumbnail size

Hello,
I have recently updated my wordpress and installed a new theme. In my blog page (JOURNAL in the website), the thumbnail images for the old posts appear correctly, while the thumbnail for new posts appears smaller.

When you changed theme, did you regenerate your thumbnail images?
If you have done this, you could instead force your image to fill the container they’re within, by adding a little CSS to your Child Theme style.css file, or using a Custom CSS plugin.
