“Blog pages show at most 1 posts”. how to that 10 posts in a page under tag

I set that
“Blog pages show at most 1 posts”.

But when I click tag cloud, some tag, then only show 1 post in 1 page.

I want to set the Tag List 10 posts in 1 page.

How to set that?

I use “<?php set_query_var(‘posts_per_page’, 10); ?>”

but, it not works.
