Blog Post Dates All Gone

I upgraded to the Vogue Premium and since doing so,all of my blog post dates are gone! I have done to my Dashboard, Settings, General and triple checked that that was still the same as it has been the past year and a half I have been blogging, and it has. Where else can I fix this? It is negatively affecting me and I need to fix this asap.
Please help! ??
