Blog Post entry form on front-end has poor styling

The styling on the front-end form for the blog post post format needs to be revisited. It falls down a few hundred pixels down the page creating a huge gap.

I believe the reason is that there’s a left and right padding applied to the element along with a percent width that make it go haywire.
