Blog Post not showing up

Hi, My wordpress installation is using a custom theme and I don’t have any plugins Active. I am using a static homepage and under the Setting>Reading have set my front page to display a static page and the posts page to be set as “Blog”. Here’s the url to my site – https://metro21.heinz.cmu.edu/

When I do this, the “Blog” page does not pull up the blog posts (more than 10) that I created.

Can someone point me in the right direction, as to what I might be missing?
