Blog posts can’t be previewed

  • Hi,

    I noticed recently that I can’t preview my new posts, whether I go to preview mode or even when enter the post URL to the browser, each time it returns me to the homepage.

    when I disabled all me plugins, I figured out that the ultimate member effects my post in somehow. I want to know what could be the reason and how to solve this issue?!

  • What do you have in the UM access control widget, is it on or off?

    One more thing, what do you have in Admin panel => Permalinks?

    Hi Borisv,

    Thanks for your reply, I checked the permalinks settings and it was the post name

    about the UM access control widget, I’m afriad I didn’t understand you because I didn’t find such widget, but the option “disable Nav Menu Settings” to control the access is off.

    I have a thing now appears in the UM dashboard: here but I’m not sure if this related to the problem.

    I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it but no change and I even tried to backup my website to before the problem show up but still no changes, so I deactivated the UM so I can publish my new posts.

    It’s hard to say what to do when one doesn’t have a look sometimes. I would suggest paying a few dollars to have someone look at it or fix it, but if you are not making any money, then I guess this is not an option.
